The mission of bringing Wilcon closer to every home reached a new milestone on May 24, 2013: the most trusted name in the Philippine retail construction industry officially opened the doors of its newest outlet in Kawit, Cavite.

The event commenced with a motorcade participated in by Wilcon's valued suppliers and its official mascot, Wil. Together, they roamed around the municipalities and cities of Kawit, Noveleta, Rosario, Cavite, General Trias, Tanza and Trece Martirez, announcing the opening of the newest Wilcon Depot in the province.

At 11:30AM, Wilcon began the formal launch event of its 30th outlet. Wilcon President and CEO William Belo, SEVP-COO Rosemarie Ong, EVP-CFO Lorraine Belo and Wilcon City Center Director Mark Belo were joined by Municipality of Kawit Mayor Reynaldo "Tik" Aguinaldo, Municipality of Kawit Vice Mayor Gilbert Gandia, American Standard Country Manager Felino Bernardo, Hocheng Phils. President Sam Chien, Mariwasa Siam Ceramics President Anukul Kongrit, Matimco Inc. President Charlie Liu and Evergreen Mfg. Corp. General Manager Mr. Jerry Tiu in the ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by the store blessing officiated by Rev. Fr. Cornelio Matanguihan. A sumptuous lunch was served to all of the guests, which included Wilcon partners and industry professionals.
